NAPLES, FL, March 04, 2010 /Florida PR News/ -- The 2009 Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey has been completed at Naples Community Health System and Naples orthopedic surgeon Dr. Robert J. Zehr is one of only 31 physicians to rank in the 99th percentile. There are 630 physicians on staff at NCH.
Press Ganey partners with more than 40% of U.S. hospitals to measure and improve the quality of health care. The annual Patient Satisfaction Survey is one measurement tool the consulting firm relies upon. Survey questions in 10 areas such as:

* Overall Rating of Care
They are designed to give a comprehensive view of the facility and its staff as they relate directly to patient care.
