Fort Myers REALTORS , Molly and Bill Whalen of "The Real Estate Leader" at Sun Realty, presented at the Grand Home & Life Show in Ontario, Canada on April 16th and 17th, from 12pm-4pm.
NAPLES, FL, May 12, 2011 /Florida PR News/ -- Fort Myers REALTORS , Molly & Bill Whalen of "The Real Estate Leader" at Sun Realty, were the featured presenters at the Grand Home & Life Show in Ontario on April 16th and 17th, from 12pm-4pm. The presentation focused on Canadian home buyers and the purchase of "recreation homes" and/or investment property in Southwest Florida. They provided international home buyers with knowledge and resources that would allow them to make informed decisions in today's real estate market.
"It was a privilege to have been invited by Grand Magazine to present the many opportunities of the Florida Real Estate Lifestyles," said Molly Whalen. "We hoped to provide the Canadian consumers with a broad stroke of opportunities. We presented them with information about the differences in international transactions, the traditional and alternative real estate purchase options, as well as highlighted the magic of our Southwest Florida community. The Waterloo Region is beautiful and we are fortunate to have made many new friends who seek the tranquility of the Florida sun and lifestyle during the cold days of winter."
The seminar provided attendees the opportunity to meet Molly & Bill Whalen personally and have conversations about points of interest regarding Florida real estate. The Whalens also networked with Canadian real estate professionals in an effort to work collaboratively in satisfying the needs of their clients.
Molly Whalen was invited to present at The Grand Home & Life show through her affiliation with "Florida Lifestyles" magazine, distributed by the largest newspaper in Toronto. The first publication in January featured information about lifestyle and homes in Naples, FL. The second publication is due to be released in May, and will feature the "Greater Fort Myers area.
