new collection at Funkshion/Mercedes Benz Fashion Week-Swim 2011.
LAUDERDALE LAKES, FL, July 13, 2011 /Florida PR News/ -- Fresh off her enormous success on BETʼs Rip The Runway earlier this year, the heavily demanded swimwear designer, Lila Nikole, is now set to wow the fashion industry again kicking off the first evening of fashion in the main tent at Funkshion/Mercedes Benz Fashion Week-Swim 2011 on Miami Beach. Lila Nikole is unveiling her new combined collection "Summer Romance," showcasing The Beauty of Love & Bleeding Heart. The new collection will be the expression of the heart at its sexiest with the pleasure and pain of love shown through the highest of innovative designs that only The Lila Nikole Collection can provide, in a fantastic display on the runway at the Miami Beach Swim & Resort located in the newly redone Collins Park. Placed between The Setai and The W Hotel South Beach. The show will take place on Thursday July 14th at 9:00 pm.
The new upscale collection will feature swimsuits split in two groups under their respective titles, and is sure to take the audience for a wild ride on the runway. The first set will feature the softer, more romantic and angelic side of love with pinks, nudes, and blush colors accented with lace, flowers, light sequins and ruffles; providing a more antique feel while models walk the runway to the upbeat sounds of feel good pop music. The second set will feature the harder more eccentric side of the heart with blood reds, blacks, burgundy and deep plum colors while set to the screaming tones of rock music. The jewelry will be provided by Charles Albert, the music provided by DJ Rob Dinero, and stage props in the showcase provided by photographer and director Derick G. The fashion show after party hosted by Lila Nikole is located at Pinkroom on South Beach and will begin immediately following the fashion show. The bar will be open until 12:30 am.
