Susan Granger is originally from Manitowoc, Wisconsin, graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor's of Arts in French and Education. She received her MA from Middlebury College in Paris, France. Susan speaks Spanish and fluent French.
She has been an accomplished Realtor for 8 years, and has lived in Cape Coral for 10 years. She is a strong supporter of The Women's Council of Realtors, a member of the Cape Coral Board of Realtors, serving on the Community Relations Committee, a member of the National Association of Professional Women, and The Fulbright Association. Susan has received these designations: Certified International Property Specialist, Accredited Buyer's Representative, Certified Distressed Property Expert, and Transnational Specialist.
She also serves as a Mentor for "Take Stock in Children."
Bonnie is originally from St. Louis, Missouri and has lived in Cape Coral for 8 years. Bonnie has 20+ years of real estate experience. She believes in giving back to her community, and has volunteered at The Ronald McDonald House, and The Cape Coral Hospital. Bonnie is active in the Cape Coral Women's Council and a member of Cape Coral Realtors Association, serving on the Community Relations Committee.
She is an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), received her Short Sales And Foreclosure Resource Certificate, and an Accredited Cape Coral Residential Specialist (ACCRS).
